Last time my PI had to introduce me, he called me "a senior scientist". So I've moved beyond the post doc to... what? Let's see: an adjunct prof at PUI*, now a part-time prof at SLU**, and on top of it all, a mother of two. The future scientists that I'm training range in age from 4 to >24. It is often challenging, but never boring.
